We’re all in for every project we take on. And while the total project time can vary depending on how long we initially think it will take, on average, our projects usually last between 3 weeks to 4 months. 

You receive an onboarding questionnaire asking you for any necessary assets, logins, etc… This streamlines the process, ensuring we start on the right foot.

The Liminals is a two-person team lead by Sean, the founder. All creative is crafted in-house. For larger projects we may occasionally leverage our creative network-though all work is quality assured by us.

Payment is split into the following three instalments;  50% deposit (“Discover”), 30% after mockup approval (“Design”) and 20% before delivery. (“Deliver”)

Every client receives access to a personalized ClickUp™ dashboard, which serves as their central hub for all communications, requests, documents, and more.

Security is non-negotiable. We build websites with industry-standard encryption, regular updates, and secure hosting options. We also offer maintenance plans to proactively address vulnerabilities, so you can sleep soundly knowing your site (and customer data) is protected.

Generic templates often lead to high bounce rates because they don’t reflect your unique business. We craft custom creative tailored to your brand and audience. Whether it’s a website, logo, or animation, we focus on originality to help you stand out and connect with customers.
