The Diagnostic starts with a conversation about where your business is struggling. We agree what needs to change, then design and build the solution. The work can span design systems, web development and AI solutions, depending on your priorities.
Does The Diagnostic include the build?
Yes. The Diagnostic covers the review and the agreed build. We define the deliverables, timeline and scope with you before starting, so you know exactly what we’re building.
What do you help with?
We focus on design systems, web development and AI solutions. That includes brand identity and reusable design components, custom websites, and AI agents, automations and integrations that help your team get work done.
Can we work with you on just one area?
Yes. You can come to us for design systems, web development or AI solutions on their own. We start with what you need and agree a focused scope; your project does not have to include all three.
Can you work with our existing apps, CRM and website?
We review what you already have and build on what works. If a tool or platform needs to change, we explain the reason and agree it with you before moving ahead.
What if we don’t know what needs fixing?
That’s what the first conversation is for. We talk through what is frustrating you, look at how things work today and agree where we can make a useful difference. The solution might involve your website, tools, processes or a combination.
How long does a project take?

Who owns the finished work?

We walk your team through the work and agree what support is needed. Ongoing maintenance, improvements or further builds can be scoped separately.
Will AI send things or make decisions without us?
We agree what the system can do and where a person needs to review it. Approvals, permissions and failure handling are part of the build, so your team knows when to step in.
